Vent I'm in pain!!!
Last two days I have been having so much hip and pelvic pain and so much pressure in my belly. I'm trying to get so much done and take care of two kids. By the end of the day I literally can't walk. Especially when I sit for a while and try to get up. The pelvic pain is horrible.
Okay just a Vent! I'm 35 weeks pregnant. The end is always hard for me but my third pregnancy is by far the hardest on my body.

Vent I'm in pain!!!
I was in excruciating hip pain (I'm just about 34 weeks)...went to my chiropractor who helped a lot. My lower back was very inflamed from carrying so much extra weight so he told me to ice it when it acts up. As for the hip pain it's hard to do the stretches we need to because we have a baby in the way :) but he told me to have my husband massage my hip joint to help relieve the tightness. Hope one of these ideas helps!

Vent I'm in pain!!!
I feel you!! I'm 37 weeks, working full time and have a 1 year old. I'm having all these weird pains. It's getting so hard to do things like even just bend over to pick something up. I keep reminding myself that I'm in the homestretch!

I was doing yoga once a week up until 32 weeks and then it started to feel uncomfortable. I feel like I need a good stretch but don't want to stretch too much and hurt myself. I had lingering hip pain after DS #2. I started yoga and it went away. Was scared it would come back bad during pregnancy and it did. I feel like I may go early with this one.

im in a similar situation...38 weeks, working full time and taking care of a 14 month old at home. im physically in a lot of pain...some days its my back, some days its my hips, legs etc. i start maternity leave next week and part of me thinks im better off working longer bc watching dd is more physically demanding
