UPDATE...My friend had her twins at 29.5 weeks...
and thank goodness it seems like all is well from what I have heard so far.
She had one boy and one girl. The little boy was 2.5 pounds and the little girl was 3.
I am sure they are very far from out of the woods so please keep them in your prayers that they both continue to grow and remain healthy.

 My worked with a lady that had her twin boys at 29 weeks and they were much smaller than your friends babies but they were fine. The monitored their lung developement and then they were ok. I love when people have twins that are one of each sex. Wish her the best and know that they are in my thoughts and prayers. Congrats.
