Updated with week 2!!!! I had my first week weigh today in for the new WW plan!
Updated with week 2 -
Weight loss of 2.7!!!
So far, in two weeks I have lost almost 8 lbs!
If anyone was thinking of trying the new plan, so far so good for me. I have never lost this much in 2 weeks on any other WW plan.
Old post...
And I lost 5 lbs! That is the most I have ever lost during a first week of doing WW plans in the past.
I am off to a good start esp considering I am leery of this new plan. Curious what next week will bring. Next week is the true test IMO, on how the plan works for me.
