UPDATED with second question...How long is it good for in the fridge?
I pureed some sweet potatos and squash on Friday. Most of it I froze in containers but how long would you say it is good for in the fridge?

According to wholesomebabyfood.com-link 48 hours "In the refrigerator, it is recommended that fresh pureed homemade baby food be stored no longer than 48 hours (many food safety authorities say that 72 hour is fine)."
