Update on Mikayla's daycare dropoff
So if you all remember, I was FREAKING out about MIkayla going to backup daycare today. Well I dropped her off, sat her on the floor where she began to immediately put a plastic ring toy in her mouth 
I spoke to the teachers for 5 minutes, said goodbye to Mikaykla , gave her a kiss and walked out...she did not make a peep 
I looked into the room and there she was laying on the floor playing
I am SO Relieved....even if she started crying 5 minutes later, I am glad she was not crying when I left her
Do you think me calling 2 times to check on her today is overkill?
Thanks for all your advice yesterday girls, you truly are the BEST

Do you think me calling 2 times to check on her today is overkill?
I think that is fine. My DH & mil watch my DD and I call more then that to check up on her. I hope you both have a great day

That's great! In the beginning I called daycare once in am and once in pm, call! THey should be used to mommy/daddy calls

That's great!
I don't think it's overkilled to called twice. It's her 1st day. I am sure they are used to mommies called to be reassured.

Thanks girls, I just called but all the teachers were feeding babies....the principal said that the teachers said she was doing great, laughing and playing
I am so proud of my girl....she is so brave 
I plan to call again at around 2 or so to check again, hopefully she will nap while she is there or else tonight should be fun

I hate leaving a crying baby. Friday's are the worst for us. He always cries when I leave.
