Update on leaving horrible office staff at the pediatric allergist

Explanation of being so upset

Not only has the staff been so rude, but they continuously cancel appts. I actually showed up for one of my last appointments yesterday (but they didn't know that) and was told they forgot to call me to cancel. (It's nearly an hour ride round-trip.) I could only laugh to myself because I knew today we were meeting with the new doctor.

THE NEW DOCTOR IS AMAZING and totally put us at ease. I always felt a bit weird as soon as I met the original doctor, but tried to suck it up because the pediatrician recommended him. STUPID on my part! The only people I liked at the old office were the nurses.

Oddly enough, many of the staff have changed inthe past few months at the old office, but the two main annoyances are still there. I am assuming that nobody likes to work with them.

We are officially moving to the new office. My old office now knows. I am very excited to get out of this situation and go to a doctor I don't dread.

Thank you all for your advice and especially those that recommended their doctors. I was amazed to hear from a few of you that were also treatly unfairly at this office.
