Update on GenSecurity Billing Discrep!
Ok, so I called GenSecurity and asked why I received a bill for $189.88 when I normally pay $81 every 3 months. The receptionist said that the extra $100 was for an optional extended warrantee. I said "well they should explain that on the invoice because nowhere on the invoice does it say optional". Long story short, I still only owe the $81. I hate when companies pull that crap and I feel bad for those that may go ahead and pay it without questioning it.

Don't pay it. Speak with a manager. I had a big pproblem with Slomins and I complained enough that I got something for free. Do you even want the warranty?

Don't pay it. Speak with a manager. I had a big pproblem with Slomins and I complained enough that I got something for free. Do you even want the warranty?

ok, not sure if you fully understood my post. Please re-read. No need to fight, not paying, the receptionist said it was optional.
