UPDATE: My first step- take 2!
So they had issues w/ the machine that was supposed to run my lab results to see if I ovulated on Friday. They aren't sure when it's going to be fixed- they were hoping it would've been fixed on Friday. That being said, I'm going again to get blood drawn tomorrow morning at Quest- so I'm hoping once again for some 'good' news (I HATE provera, so that's why good is in quotes!   )
Hopefully tomorrow will bring some positive steps forward.....
UPDATE:
WOOHOO!!! I didn't ovulate!! Did you ever think you'd hear someone be THRILLED about that? 
My nurse is calling in 5 days of provera for me- hopefully that will be enough (they used to start me on 5 but then it got switched up to 10 so hopefully 5 will still do the trick).
Then in 2 weeks I go to get my liver enzymes function bloodwork done to check those since I'm starting back on Metformin. YEAH!!! PROGRESS!!! (sort of)!

Thanks. I went there today and they drew my blood and it was before the 1st pickup so I'm hoping for some results this afternoon!

Me neither!  I guess b/c I didn't ovulate since my last AF there's no way I could be pg- so it's ok for them to give me medication to bring on AF!!  Yeah, I'm getting a little silly over here!!! I have decided that TTC has become such a major part of my life that I'm completely lost over here when I'm not allowed to TTC... see how the little things make me happy? 
Leaving in a few mins to pick up my provera and my prenatals... I thought I had some left but they seem to be MIA and I'm eligible for a renewal anyway so I'm going to get a fresh batch! Yeah!!!!
