UPDATE. . . Just got back from 1-hour glucose test
For anyone that is worried, it is not that bad. I had the lemon/lime flavor (that's all they had) and it tasted like warm, flat sprite. I was told by my doctor not to fast, so I ate breakfast before I went, but the woman at the lab said you are more likely to pass if you do fast. Now, I just have to wait for the results. . . . . Any idea on how long that takes?
UPDATE:
I PASSED!!!!!!!!! My number was 121! And I ate breakfast first! They did say I was a little anemic, so I just have to boost my iron intake. . . .

I just came back from mine. Bad time to go while schools are on break. I was spoiled because my last OB gave me the stuff to drink on the way to the office, this time I had to stay at the lab the whole time. The woman behind the desk was eating a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and was licking her fingers I wanted to lunge over the counter and deck her! Sorry, I 'm a little grumpy from fasting.
