Unhappy at work
I was trying to hang in there until either I had a baby or went back to school and got another degree, but lately I can't take it anymore! I don't want to spend 1/2 of my awake life being miserable any longer.
It is so hard to find a new job right now (in suffolk county). I know it is a long shot but if anyone knows of any companies hiring in the Science field please let me know. I will consider medical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, educational... whatever! I have a bachelors degree in Biochemistry.

It's tough to spend 8 or more hours a day at a job you don't like. Life is too short to be unhappy. Good luck finding something Julz!

Exactly!
The money is OK and the job is close to home but honestly I will take much less $$$ to be happier. The sad thing is I like what I do, just hate my job if that makes any sense.

It makes perfect sense. Unfortunately the job is often about much more than the actual work.
