Unfamiliar with AoL Email - How do you block someone?
Unfamiliar with AoL Email - How do you block someone? Someone asked me how to do it and I have no idea.
Can someone explain it to me so I can explain it to them?

I think you have to go into the spam settings and put in their email there.

You have to go to Mail Controls and it is under settings.
It is the spam control but then you have the option for spam mail to be delivered to your spam folder, in which case the person who is sending the email to your friend will not get the email bounced back to them - therefore won't know they are blocked.
Or you can select to have it permanently deleted, in which case will bounce back to the original sender and they will get a message that the AOL user is not accepting incoming mail from their address.
