Ugh..acne!
I haven't looked like this since maybe puberty and I hate it! What can I use!? Thanks!

My back is terrible! Face gets bad here and there but I just use malin and goetz jojoba scrub when I shower and I only wear make up once a week and it helps.
Since we have to sleep on our left side, have you noticed more acne in that side vs the right? I have

I have now that I think on it and by my nose! I hate it! I lost my psoriasis in a place I can't see for this-I have to see if we can use spot treatment cream-3rd kid and never had this! lol

Ugh..acne!
My doctor always said proactivs ingredients were low enough to be safe. I never used it preg bc that is when my skin was actually the clearest. Postpartum for me is the worst!

I got the OK to use Proactiv and it made a huge difference! I've seen some ads with a new version with adapalene (a retinoid - basically Differin) which I think would not be OK.

Ugh..acne!
I spoke to the dr and found out that the spot gel I've been using is good. I was told no retinal or vitamin a :) things are looking better

Ugh..acne!
Finacea (azelaic acid) is also very safe in pregnancy. It is rx only though so ask your derm for an rx! It's great.
