Ugh.. TMI.. but did anyone get a yeast infection at the very end of pregnancy?

Ugh.. TMI.. but did anyone get a yeast infection at the very end of pregnancy?
I will be 39 weeks on Tuesday and I am definitely thinking I have one. I have been eating yogurt and taking acididopholus.
I will call my OB tomorrow, but UGH....
I know if you give birth while having one, the baby will be at risk for getting thrush, but will they let me use anything this close to my due date?

I am super prone to them during pregnancy. With #4 I got a real bad one and had to get a script from OB- It was a cream called Terizol I believe. G/L and hope you get relief soon!
P.S. I had anitbotics for the Strep B during labor and 2 weeks later- BANG so be aware if you are +

And what happened? Did they treat it prior to birth, or did you just deal with it until after?
