Ugh I had side spasms all night
I called my OB and they said its a muscle pull and i have to relax today and keep my feet up. The pain was horrible. So i am off from work again and i cannot do a think ..except take etra stregth tylenol if i chose to.

thank you . i have been resting all day .. so boring not being able to do anything. but its better for the baby, less stress.
