ugh I feel sooo full...
is this how its gonna be the whole pg? I ate lunch at 1pm so it cant still be that, plus, I feel more full now than after I ate. How can my belly feel so big when its probaly not even 1/4 of the size its gonna eventually get ?!

my first tri was bad that way...full after 2 bites. 2nd tri I ate like a horse. 3rd tri is kind of like the first...

I know exactly what you mean. I ate my sandwich and felt like I was going to explode for two hours. The key is smaller portions I guess.

yeah, that works best. big meals just don't work for me AT ALL..I literally feel like I am dying after a big dinner.

I've felt like this ALL day! i forced myself to have something for dinner bc I knew it was time to eat again but I hate this full feeling.
