Ugh, accidentally ate some expired food!!
woke up from a nap and I was starving, so I went to the kitchen looking for something that I can eat immediately.. there it was a can of Beefaroni.. well, after I devour the whole thing, went to clean up, saw the date on the can - JULY 2008!!!
I hope the worse is that I'll have diarrhea, not harming the baby. Damn it

You'll be fine. Don't worry it happens. I made instant mashed the other night, after we ate I was cleaning up and they Exp May 2008. Never knew. We were both good.

I honestly think that you'll be totally fine. Most canned foods don't actually "go bad" but the FDA requires all foods to have an expiration date! Wishing you no tummy pains!

I dont think beefaroni has cheese in it... taht would be my only concern. the expiration date is only date that says most fresh by.. I think youll be okay. If it was really bad, you would have smelled it before even consuming it.

Ugh, my whole diet consists of expired food. Well, not really, but I don't go by food expiry dates (its a government plot to get us to spend more money on food) so I wouldn't worry about it!
