two teeth at almost 4 months!
I cannot believe it... but it is true. The other day I spotted one tooth poking through on the bottom right. After a few more days of drooling and not that much sleeping, last night was awful... flashbacks to the first week DS was home with us. I poked around this morning and saw the tooth on the bottom left! I cannot believe this! I gave DS some tylenol at 9:30 and he is FINALLY taking the first real nap in days (knock on wood, he stays asleep for awhile). Is there anything else I can do to help him feel better?

Wow, congrats on the two toothies!! He's starting early 
The tylenol should really help; you also might want to try the Hylands' Teething Tablets (when DS was younger they worked great on him) But now that your DS's teeth have broken through the gums, he should feel a LOT better/less cranky..

No help, but I have 2 friends whose kids had teeth at 3 months! Its amazing isn't it!
Good luck with the teething!

Once they have broken the skin he should be OK...
My twins had 8 teeth by the time they were 6 months old...looks like your DS will be right there with them.
