Travel System / Stroller question

I am so confused with all this stuff, sorry to be a pain.
Do the travel systems come with an infant car seat or the one we use after the baby weighs more (not sure of the name)
So If I register for a travel system do I still need to register for a car seat and also a stroller frame? Am I understanding this correctly?

if u register for a travel system ,u'll get the stroller, carrier, and carseat base for the carrier so u can use it as a carseat, u will eventually need to buy a convertible carseat for ur baby when he gets to big for the carrier

I registered for a travel system which comes with an infant car seat and stroller. So I registered for the snap and go also, but not a convertible car seat, we will buy that on our own.
