Trader Joes- chickenLESS nuggets- are they ok for toddlers?
The reason I ask is bc I had a bad mommy moment--well more than a moment--
DD will not eat chicken nuggets ever..ok no biggie, she will only eat the trader joes chicken nuggets for some reason. She LOVESSS them!
So today for the first time i see they are CHICKENLESS!!! OMG
For 1 year shes been eating them. IS this BAD

I've been feeding my DD soy products. I try to get organic but they're hard to find. I think it's fine. Soy is a great source of protein.

Yes! It has a lot of SOY. I cant believe I did this though! I mean I READ the ingredients in everything!!! I must have just assumed they were chicken! Feel like an idiot!

I see that happening! It should be fine though. I am a vegetarian and have been eating soy products for many years. It's just eddamme but in a different form. It's just a smushed bean.

Soy is fine. my son has been eating soy because of a milk allergy. There are some concerns about soy mimicking estrogen-you can do some research on that, but unless she is eating it 24-7 I wouldn't worry too much

Yeah I was just looking it up. Oh man. I think I wont give it to her anymore. Too bad bc she likes them.
