Toys/activities for newborns
My son is 6 1/2 weeks old and seems to need a little more activity. We have the swing, bouncer and activity mat already. Any other recommendations for fun activities for him?

I'd be interested to know myself. My twins are 9 weeks old. All of the things you listed seem to be their favorite. We have one of those motion mats that make noises when you hit. Our son has taken quite a liking to it and I see it's helping his hand-eye coordination.

My daugher at that aged enjoyed laying in her crib and watching her mobile.

Jack will be 3 weeks on monday but he loves his ocean aquarium in his crib, his mobile, his lamaze stuff animals (we have the turtle and it has a mirror) also I found thisNewborn Stimulation and I have printed out a few of them and he seems to enjoy them.
Also Dh has been reading to him alot.

Around this age my son loved his mozart mobile!!!
( along with all the other things you mentioned)

Along with what was already mentioned... my son loves the baby einstein dvds. I think I first put one on around 5 weeks and he loved the music.
ETA - also tummy time! Logan loves to be put on his tummy to try to push himself up.
