Toddlers and Disney....can she truly enjoy it?

My grandma (alys' great grandma) wants to take us to Disney next spring/fall so she can have the joy of watching Alyson enjoy it. She took my sis and me when we were kids.

Is just over 2 years old too young? Are there rides and things for her to enjoy/participate in?

Oh I bet she'd love it! We took Cameron when she was 15 months old (don't ask) and she had a blast. She went on the Dumbo ride, Its a Small World, Animal Kingdom etc. She was too little for MGM but we had a really good time. I think when they are 4 or 5 is the optimal time, but Ally would still ike it. My poor DS was 7 weeks old and we dragged him all over the place too. Lord what was I thinking?

We are taking Andrew next October when he will be 2 1/2 and I think it is a great age for them to enjoy it.

She will love it.

We went when the boys were 14 months old and they had a great time.

In Magic Kingdom you can go on everything in Fanstasy Land, most stuff in Adventureland, Buzz in Future World. That plus the shows and seeing the characters is so worth it. We are bringing the boys back in October and they will be 26 months.

When DH and I were dating we went with his nieces and nephews, the youngest being 2. The 2 year old loved it. She was into all the characters and went on most of the rides.

We just took my 15 month old son to Disney and he loved -- we went on the exact same rides you mentioned. Chat Icon
