toddler moms (3+) I have a school question
Can you tell me how many days a week and how many hours a day you are sending your children.
I am debating between 9-12 and 9-2...
9-1 seems perfect but there is no option for that at her school - 9-2 just seems so long and 9-12 not enough...

Alex is there from 9-5 
Most of her part-time friends are there from 9-3pm. I think it's best to keep her there from the start of class to the end of class, that way she won't feel as if she's missing out, or being pulled out just as everyone is doing something fun.
Most of Alex's friends leave at 3pm because that's when late care starts, and their regular schoolday ends. The teacher does a big production each day saying goodbye and wrapping up their day. It's an easier transition I tihnk for the part-time kids.

My 3yr old will be starting in Sept. going 2 days a wk for 2.5hrs. The yr after I will do more days.

DD (3yo) will go 3 days a week 9-11:30. I wanted to send DS (2yo) and DD at the same time so that I wasn't running back and forth to the school all day long. This year the only option for DS is 9-11:30 or 12-2:30. Next year they will both go 10-2.

At 3 years old, my son went to school 4 days a week from 9-12. They did have an option for 9-2, but it didn't work well for our schedule, although it would have been perfect for him. Looking back, the 9-2 is just perfect, maybe 3x a week.

Both my kids went to preschool for 2 1/2 hours 3 days a week when they were 3. My DD is 4 and will go 5 days for 2 1/2 hours this Fall. My DS did the same when he was 4.

Miranda will be going from 1-4 3 days a week then she will stay for after care until 5:30.
Our preschool only offers 3 hour options. or full day.
