Tips at a private party in a restaurant?
We're having DD's b-day party in a private room of a restaurant. It is a 3 hour buffet luncheon for about 60 people. There will be 2 waitresses and a bartender. They are adding an 18% Gratuity on top of our bill.
Should we tip them an additional amount in cash as well?

in my experince working parties I never once recieved that 18%
I was paid a shift pay for working
I would totally give them each $20 or $40 depending on what they do

At DD's christening I gave the 2 waitresses an extra $100 to split because they were awesome! Drinks were always filled, kids had what they needed. I was extremely happy with the service.
