Tipping for Toddler's haircut
How must is appropriate to tip for a toddler's haircut. I go to a salon and the cost of the haircut is $16 dollars. DS is a difficult kid when it comes to cutting his hair. He cries the entire time. But, i have him in my lap and i try to keep his head as steady as I can.

We take DS to a barber for $11 and I think DH tips $4 or $5 - to me it seems like kind of alot for an $11 hair cut, but his hair grows fast and we are in there alot.

I pay $10 for a haircut and will usually give $5. he does a great job.

I guess I undertipped?? His haircut ended up being $25 - i have no clue why it always is different - but that is a whole other issue. I ended up tipping $7.
