Tipping - should I?
I have 4 guys here installing laminate flooring. Do I tip them? Yesterday 2 of them were here and today there are 4. We paid a lot for installation, so what do you think?

ughhhh that is hard since there is 4 of them. In all honesty, unless I had an extra 40 around the house, I would not tip. It sounds bad, but I would not lose sleep over it. If you are paying a lot I am sure their labor is covered well

No. They get paid to do a job by their employer why do you need to tip them? Do you get tipped for doing your job?
