Those who are on / were on anti-anxiety meds

My RE said I can continue to take them (I take Zoloft) but that I should try to wean off so that when I am pg. I will be completely off.

I was on Zoloft 150mg - cut back to 100mg about 2 months ago and now have been trying 50mg for the past 2 weeks. I want desperately to be off of them but now that I went down to 50mg all I have all day is nervous chest pain / tightening. I am trying to resist going back up to 100mg

Any advice?

I was on Paxil....I changed to Zoloft when I was PG..and I stayed on it throughout my Pregnancy....Then I switched back to the Paxil ..

Weigh your options. Zoloft is a class B drug...same as tylenol and is ok to take while PG, but everyones comfort level with drugs is different ya know?
