This is probably a stupid question
How do you get listings e-mailed to you fron the realtor? Do you have to be working with an agent or can you just sign up to get them?

you can sign up on MLS to get listings emailed to you but I find that the ones from the realtor have more info. and come out sooner. You have to have a realtor set that up for you.
