The yogurt I ate was old!
So I started eating it and it tasted weird, but i thought maybe it was my taste buds. Halfway through I check the date - March 21st!!!!
You think this will impact the baby at all.

did it smell odd or have mold on it? if not, then you should be okay.

I think you are fine, drink a lot of water to flush it out, you only ate 1/2 so that isn't much
