The Ten Commandments-- the movie
Isn't the movie always on this time of year-- anyone see anything about it?? I always like to watch-- I'm a dork.

I haven't heard anything about it and I can't remember which channel usually shows it. Keep an eye out though, I think someone will have it on.

glad I am not the only one!
I love it cause it is so epic... and it was such a major production at the time it was made. Plus-- the story is still fascinating.. and Charlton Heston ain't bad to look at either!
It also reminds me of when I was little-- this and the Wizard of Oz...

They usually show it around Easter time. I remember it being advertised as an Easter special and thinking that it was the story of Passover. Confused the heck out of me. We have it on DVD.

I love the part when she goes, "Moses, Moses!"  And this is the movie that made me say to my mom when I was young that I wanted a Moses basket when I had a baby.

I am more of a Ben Hur gal. I have never seen Ten Commandments. It has Charlton Heston, doesnt it? I love him as an actor, but I cannot stand some of his views on the NRA.
