I just don't get it--why own 7 cars for 2 people? Why make a $6,000 dog run? Spending $11,000 fixing up a family boat? I just can't feel bad for people who made such bad decisions.

I WAS just about to Type That!! Id have my family moving on in and paying rent if the place is THAT big they need cameras to see their son. I dont feel bad for them AT ALL.
7 cars? I mean W T F is that about?
$11K is more then most people Spend on a boat for goodness sakes.
Bottom line, even if tehy sold for HALF, they walk away with over 2 mil and I shoudl feel sorry for them?

That is EXACTLY why my parents did not enter that contest. My dad loved entering contests and he won alot of things but he was TOO smart to enter this one. He KNEW he could not afford the taxes on it and THEN having to pay for the monthly bills.

I agree with you. There is so much more things when you win something. I won a car and I had to pay the taxes on it AND had to pay taxes at income tax time. They get you coming and going. You NEVER get anything for free-lol!!

This guy called my DH(a mortgage broker) trying to mortgage the house to pay the taxes and get some $$ They wanted One Million.. There were no comps in the area so the house would not appraise. I have to ask him about what happened!
