The first house we placed an offer on last month is available again!
I think we are going to try to see it again on Saturday and try to bargain! They owners wound up getting another house, so now they really need to sell it!

Hopefully! Now we have an agent, so she can do the negotiating for us. We are going to give them a price and they can take it or leave it!

This one is in Lynbrook with Lynbrook SD. We are going to see it again on Saturday, so I'll keep you guys posted! It's not our "forever" house, but it's in a great neighborhood, SD and we can walk to the LIRR.
