The best home theater purchase ever!
We just installed a relatively inexpensive system which allows you to hide your cable box and other components in a cabinet, closet, or even a different room. This is the best thing for flat screen TV installations. It makes for a perfect, clean installation.

We have one too! We got ours from Scientific Atlanta , the manufacture who makes the DVR cable boxes provided by Cablevision. Bestbuy and Circuit City also sell wireless ones but they did not work as well so we went with the wired one.
