stuffed mushrooms
fresh mozzarella and tomatoes on toasted bread
shrimp cocktail
veggie platter with dip
pita chips with hummus
coconut shrimp
shrimp ceviche
swedish meatballs
quiche
puff pastries
scallops wrapped in bacon
chicken satay on skewers with dipping sauce
baked clams
pigs in a blanket
mini pizza bites
For liquor I would just do wine and get a few basic alcohols such as vodka, rum, tequila ect..... and basic mixers. You can do one signature drink if you like.
