Thank you all....(with an added LIF love in)
.... for the great advice/support re:bottles and rolling over.
Eliza is now loving her bottles while mommy is at work (15 oz yesterday!), and is now a belly sleeper. Last night we got 5.5 hours between her night feedings!!
I called the PED re:belly sleeping and she assured me that even though she's technically too young to be sleeping on her belly, that she'll be fine because she's able to roll. I'll have to upload a video of her rolling- I wouldn't have believed it if I haven't been witnessing it. She's going back to belly, and belly to back- and she just turned 3 months old! She's a monster though- DH weighed her last night and she's 14.5 pounds.
Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The advice and support I get from you ladies is so valuable to me. It's gotten to the point that when we have concerns/questions DH asks, "What do the LIF people say?"
I just hope I'm giving back as much as I get from this site!

I'm glad it all worked out!! DD used to roll at 11 weeks and it totally freaked me out. Luckily she wouldn't do it when she was swaddled or I would have had a heart attack like you were. Our ped did also say once they can roll it was okay b.c they could roll back.

Believe it or not- the Avent bottles that came free with my hand pump. I spent $$$$ on the Sassy Mams, then a Nubby (which, BTW is kind of  cuz it really looks like a boob), and orthodontic nipples for the Play-tex drop-in. I happend to be rummaging under the sink and found the box the hand pump came in and found the Avent bottles.
It took a few days of her screaming through every bottle feed- but DH was really good and kept at it.
Again, thanks again for all the suggestions.
