TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SIMPLY FONDUE IN GREAT NECK

Had the WORST experience at Simply Fondue in Great Neck on Sat Night!! Tried it for the first time on Sat and will NEVER go back!!!! Service/Management TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Waited 45 minutes for drinks and appetizers. Once the appitizers and drinks came the food was cold. Waited forever for food to come after that (you have to cook the food at your table so I have no idea what could have possibly taken them so long) They also forgot to bring me my dinner but charged me $38.00 for it!!! Once we complained to the manager again she said she would take it off. My husband and BIL checked their bank accounts today and my husband was OVERCHARGED and my BIL was charged twice!!! WTF!!!!

They need to dispute the charges and call the restaurant and name the waiter/ess that was serving you.

This happened to me at Smokin Al's and the reimbursed me.

Ugh I was there last year for a bachloerette party and it was horrible! The service was crappy just like you said and we got attitudes from both the server and management.

Hope everything works out with all the extra charges, that's BS.

We were there when it first opened and didn't think it was very good - melting pot was so much better. Shame too because it is much closer to us - but we wouldn't try it again.

Thanks for everyones feedback (thought the horrible experience may have been a fluke thing) Guess I was wrong!!! You would think in a customer service business you would be nice to the customers!!!! Everything worked out this time but I really would never go back there!!! First impressions are important and theirs was terrible!!!!
