temp question??
what happens to your temps when u get your f or the daybefore af? do they jump up or down??

Temps generally go down when you get AF.
Temps are lower pre-O.
Then, after you O they go up.
They STAY up if you are pregnant. If not, they go down and AF is on her way....

My temps stayed high the day I got AF and dropped back down below my Coverline the 2nd day of AF.
