Teething diarrhea or stomach ache?
How can you tell the difference?

Marissa, I'm going through the same thing with Julia, all her teeth decided to come in a once and the past few days she hasn't been eating, and is so clingy to me and has diarrhea, I thought it was a stomach bug, but the poop smell (sorry TMI) smells the same everytime, thats how I know its from her teeth.

Mel- Ry has cut 3 teeth in the past couple of days (one specifically today)
He has had 2 runny stools today- and I cant figure out why-
He is still eating fine, no fever, etc... So Im thinking teething...
Should I keep feeding him or just give him liquids- what kinds of foods are binding????

Julia has had a runny nose for a week and a half, thats why I know its her teeth. She just started to have runny stools and the smell is always the same when she is teething. Julia will eat but not that much, I give her a lot of carbs to bind her stools, but it doesn't always work.
I would continue to feed him, if he doesnt eat the much dont worry, and yes give him plenty of fluids!!
