Crest White Strips.
Get the mid level one.
Some are like $65 plus.
I usually get like a $40 one.
Works great

This. I had the zoom take home one and my teeth hurt like hell and it didn't do much. The crest white strips worked much better!

Teeth whitening.. what work ?
I NEED to do something with my nasty yellow teeth, when I see that commercial with the tissue test I always feel like my teeth are so discolored
I am scared the crest white strips will hurt, I remember years ago being in such pain that I wasnt able to do it
Do the sensitve teeth ones work as well and hurt?

Another vote for Crest white strips. Don't get the higher number. No need and just keep at it at night.
I also don't drink too much red wine. White wine girl myself. LOL!
It sounds funny, but I drink my coffee through a straw too. I do cool it off a bit with creamer and then put in a straw. I haven't used the stripes in years and my teeth still look good and I get compliments.

You can brush with sensodyne for a week or so before and then continue during the treatment.
Also if you are sensitive do it every other night instead of every night.

So funny! I thought I was the only one who drank coffee through a straw.
