This was on the list I received of things not to do. Though, I don't think using a whitening toothpaste counts just the bleaching and Britesmile stuff. Not sure about crest strips or Sephoras Go Smile though.

i read it is not safe and crest white strips are not safe as well. I cant wait to use the white strips in a few weeks after i have the baby
