tax question
So i found a house that is GORGEOUS.
it is on the high end for us but what the taxes are INCREDIBLELY LOW....
will the house get assessed again if i buy it.?

it is for sale by owner...so it is not listed

so then how do people list taxes if they can be reassessed?
