I dont know much, but a friend was showing me houses in that area this weekend, they were looking into.
BRand new models that would go for $650,000 EASILY on LI for around $180,000. It was unbelievable.

My brother's fiance's parents live there and love it. My brother and his fiance just bought land there in a new development called Carolina Colours.
Supposedly it is a hot spot to move to these days.
