Taking additional vitamins while on prenatals
I'm taking prenatals and was wondering would it be bad if I took an additional vitamin, like One a Day Weight Smart?
Because I need help in loosing weight and when I was on this vitamin it was helping (or maybe it was mind over matter that I was loosing), but anyway would it be bad - having too much vitamins in you body?

Hi. You shouldn't take an additional multi-vitamin while take pre-natals. Some vitamins could be very harmful if you take them in large quantities or they could lead to a depletion of other vitamins. Some vitamins can actually cause birth defects (like too much vitamin A).
You could take extra vitamins with pre-natals (like extra calcium or iron, for example) but definitely ask your pharmacist or doctor.

I guess I'll just exercise more and watch what I eat.
Anyway I just got back from vacation and I put weight that I lost for the trip back on. Since I lost it before, I could probably loose it again.
