Taking a few days off from running
Between the lightning last week and just no endurance this week, I'm taking a few days off. I feel so guilty about it though.

Good for you...you are listening to your body...best thing you can do!
I was dragging a lot, with the early workouts and long runs that I took two days in a row and did nothing. I got back out there yesterday and today and feel great!!
Enjoy your time off...keep up the stretching though...you don't want to tighten up!
