I'm watching!! I just got home at 8:15 though- can you tell me who the first dances were from? the only one I saw so far was the argentinian tango routine.

I am watching, just started, on a DVR, and yes I also can't stand Mary, she is just sooo loud and annoying hurts my head every time she talks,lol. Looking forward to seeing the whole show I am on a first dance so far I think Chelsie is such a pretty girl and so is Kerrington(not sure about the spelling of the names,sorry ) and they are both good dancers, no fave guy yet.

what I find funniest with her is when Nigel covers his ears from the screaming!!!!  does anyone remember either last season or the one before when he whipped out ear muffs as soon as she started screaming
and I just have to say her ginormous gold beaded necklace is seriously distracting tonight, her whole ensemble is terrible!!

wait a sec- can someone tell me- what's the meaning behind this dance Twitch and Kerrington are doing? I didn't hear what the choreographer was saying
NM- now I know since they said it was about his daughter.....and now I'm sitting here crying!! so sad

Yes, Mary is annoying, I agree! She bothered me more last year for some reason though. But it's still early in this season. I'll want to mute her soon enough.
What I can't get over is the transition in Mia from the first season to this one. She used to be so earthly and encouraging and sweet. If she had bad news, at least she wasn't insulting.
And when Nigel or Mary disagrees with her, she gets visibly offended. It's like she's trying to be the Simon Cowell of SYTYCD.
Maybe it's me, but it seems like they make fun of people more than they used to. That whole thing with Nigel and his grandma peeing had me but then they showed the contestants and I felt so bad for them. They seemed highly embarassed.
Anyway, I thought that Broadway routine wasn't as good as they thought (DH and I both think that Tyce routines are like the kiss of death), although I love Twitch and know he would struggle with ballroom, I don't think he was as good as they said either. It's hard to argue when the coreography is based on such an emotional thing!

Wow.. I could have written this myself!
I didn't think that the Bdwy routine was as great as they said either and as for the routine with Twitch, it was okay- not as wonderful as the reviews they got.
My fav routine of the night was the Argentine Tango.

I love Mia's routines but damn she is so mean this season!
