My father got the old school metal swingset, has two swings, that rocking thing that two kids can sit in facing each other, a slide and a teet or totter. He got from TRU when his first Grandchild was born.

When Sarah was one we got this, now they are too big for the swing but like the rock climbing thing on the back
We live within walking distance of a local park playground, so we got all this stuff instead of a big swingset, which all fit in our garage for storage:
teeter totter
big slide
bouncer
sand and water table
cars (we have 2)
basketball hoop
bowling set
and we have a tee and 2 bats from the sports authority
and 2 tricycles

this is what we have. we got it for my daughter when she was 1 and our neighbor who is 5 comes over to play on it. i dont know if i have a picture of our backyard on this computer but it fits a small area perfectly.

its not expensive we got it for 499 at wood kingdom and paid 50 bucks for delivery and setup. olivia was climbing up the ladder by herself by 18 months and we ended up getting a infant swing and she loves it.
