swelling/puffy eyelids

I am 7dp3dt and am pretty much symptom free except for the typical cramps and bloating etc...that come from the progesterone supplements however my eyelids are swollen. I noticed a few days ago that I looked different but couldn't figure out what. Then I thought my eyes looked smaller and it turns out my lids are swollen. My eyes have also been kind of blood shot and dry the past few days which clears up after eye drops but comes back latter. When I woke up this morning they were red and stinging. I had some blurred vision when I was reading the other day but it passed. I do have allergies but this is not something I have ever dealt with and I take some meds for it and am in A/C most of the day. I am on lovenox, baby asprin, the vivelle dots, and endometrin but I don't see these listed as side effects and didn't have an issue with this other times I have used the meds. Any one have any experience with this.

i have and still on most of those meds and never had a reaction like that

it sounds like allergies to me
