Sweet Potatoes and Marshmallows
I need a recipe for the Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoe and Marshmellows. We have always had an ethnic Thanksgiving, but this year my sister is hosting her in laws and asked me to make this. I have no idea how. Any good recipes?

Ive made this and it came out really well. I just added marshmallows on the top along w/ the pecans. You can use chopped walnuts too.

I use Bruce's Yams in the can. I warm them up in a sauce pan with brown sugar, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves. I then put it in a corning ware in the oven and bake. The marshmallows come last, maybe 5 mintues before they are done.
MMMMMMMM....MMMMMMMM-nice and sweet.
I don't measure out anything but the 2 cans of yams.

I got me recipe from allrecipes.com too....
it was a basic one that used OJ, brown sugar, etc.
And I ONLY use fresh...it's too easy to just cut them in half, boil them, drain, run under cool water and peel, then mash.
