Surprise 30th birthday party @ Dave and Busters
I know this has been posted before but I need some help. My DH's 30th birthday party is coming up and I am considering Dave and Buster's. Has anyone ever had a party or attended a party there?
I received the price list and everything but would like any input Do you hang out in the room with the pool tables and then everyone does there own thing afterwards?
Any help would be appreciated.
I have limited time to put something together.

ive worked in about 5 restaurants in college- some chain, some "upscale" and believe me, every restaurant has cockroaches. they usually dont scamper into the dining room - but believe me they are there. my mom has been a restaurant manager for 20+ years and she has worked everywhere - and the roachies are there too - they come in with food shipments (lettuce, etc)

My DH went there for a Batchelor party that they held in the pool area. I have also been there for a work function and I think its a great place - especially for a 30th birthday party. It's never a cheap night when we go there, but you get the chance to be a kid with a beer in your hand. We love it and I am sure you will have a blast!

My friend had one for her DH's 30th.. It was by the pool tables, eveyone had a great time!!

I went to a 30th party there and it was great. We had lunch in the main part but a seperate table and then everyone did their own thing. You end up doing things in smaller groups...was a lot of fun!
