Stupid Question about Taking BBT
I have a really stupid question about taking your BBT. I set my alarm for 6:45 in the am, and once it goes off, I press snooze for about 30-45mins. If I take my BBT once I actually get up (after my snooze going off for that long), is that bad? Should I be taking it right when my alarm goes off at 6:45? I know its a stupid question, but I'm wondering if when/If I start to temp, if it'll be off because I'm waking up every 10mins for 30-45mins? Thanks Ladies!

Ideally, you should take it as soon as you first wake, even if you continue to snooze. You should have at least three hours of sleep to get the most accurate reading, if I remember correctly.

you should definitely be taking it at 6:45. the snoozing is probably causing your temps to be too high.
