Stroller question when traveling with an infant and a toddler

We are traveling to Florida. We purchased a seat for DS1 (2yo) so he will have his car seat. DS2 (5mo) will be in his infant seat (he is a lap child but the plane is empty). Our issue is this, do we bring the snap and go (we are bringing this regardless of which other stroller we bring) and a single stroller for the toddler or the double stroller for them both when we are out and about?
Also, if we bring the double, do we bring the Graco tandem stroller or the side by side double jogger?

Pros of single strollers:
There will almost always be 2 people around to wheel the strollers so that will not be the issue.
DS1 will be much more comfortable and will most likely nap in there when we are out
CONS:
If I want to go to the pool, I can't go alone with both kids unless I put DS1 in the stroller and put DS2 in the sling (no big deal, I do it all the time)

Pros of double graco:
Can use the car seat for the infant
CONS:
Difficult to maneuver

Pros of double jogger:
More comfortable for the toddler. He will easilly nap in there since the seat back can recline pretty far back
Much easier to maneuver, especially if we go the beach or just walking around in general. We are going to the state fair one day and this will be so much easier!
CONS:
Rated for 6 months and up (DS2 is only 5 months)
Can't use the car seat, baby has to lay down in his seat

Please help me decide. We leave tomorrow!!!

Based on what you wrote I would go with the first option. Single strollers for each.

Have a great time!

When we went to Aruba, I did the snap&go for Erik and a single stroller for Ella. It worked out fine. If I was going to the pool by myself, Ella would walk, and I'd push Erik.
